Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our supplier's warehouse in China, and most orders arrive in the UK within 9 to 13 working days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery is free on orders over £44; below that, tracked delivery costs £4.90. During busy periods, such as before Christmas, delivery can take a little longer. If you have not received your order within 20 working days of placing it, please contact us and we will investigate straight away.

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels if items are dispatched from different locations. If you have not received all your items within 10 working days of your first delivery, please contact us at contact@nalhasdogshop.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at contact@nalhasdogshop.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, you may return it under our 30-day returns policy.

As a UK consumer, you also have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We’re sorry to hear that. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund for faulty or misdescribed items.

1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue (wrong item, damaged, defective…)
3. A photo or video of the problem

We will arrange a free return, replacement or refund — whichever you prefer. We cover all return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not happy for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition.
