Dog Lead | RustGuard 2m, Rust-Resistant & Comfort Grip — Small to Large Dogs

RustGuard Dog Lead: Proper Walks, Whatever the Weather

Drizzle on the towpath, a squirrel on the common, your dog doing zoomies at the end of the lead. A walk throws a lot at your kit. The RustGuard dog lead is made for exactly that: 2 metres of thick stitched canvas, a swivel clasp with a rust-resistant finish and a looped handle that's kind to your hands.

Picture it: a grey Monday morning, coffee in one hand, lead in the other. No rusty clasp to fight with, no twisted lead, no sore palm. Just you and your dog, strolling along like you own the place.

Built for British Weather, Walk After Walk

A Clasp That Won't Give Up in the Rain

Let's be honest, it rains. A lot. Cheap clasps tend to go rusty and stiff after a few soggy months. The RustGuard clasp has a rust-resistant rose gold-tone finish designed to cope with rain, puddles and muddy parks. The swivel action lets your dog turn and sniff about without the lead twisting into knots.

Thick Canvas, Properly Stitched

The lead is cut from thick canvas and stitched along its length, with extra stitching at the stress points where it matters most. It feels sturdy in the hand without being stiff, and the looped handle with its stitched fabric overlay gives you a soft but secure grip on long Sunday strolls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it a dog lead or a dog leash?

Same thing! In the UK we say lead, across the pond they say leash. Either way, it's what keeps you and your dog connected.

What is the lead made of?

Thick canvas, stitched along its length, with a swivel clasp that has a rust-resistant rose gold-tone finish.

Which width should I choose?

Go by your dog's size and strength: 1.5 cm for small dogs and puppies, 2 cm for medium dogs and 2.5 cm for large dogs. Still unsure? Contact our team and we'll help you choose.

Is it suitable for rainy walks?

Yes. The clasp has a rust-resistant finish designed for wet weather. Canvas takes a little while to dry, so hang the lead up after a soggy walk and let it air dry naturally.

Will it fit my dog's collar or harness?

The swivel clasp clips onto the standard D-ring found on most collars and harnesses.

How do I clean it?

Brush off dried mud, then hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry. Do not tumble dry.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, get in touch and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

How quickly will it arrive?

UK orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
