❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is this raincoat waterproof?

Yes. The Dog Face Raincoat is made from waterproof polyester and the full-body jumpsuit design covers the chest, belly and legs, so it helps keep your dog dry on rainy walks. In very heavy downpours some water may still get in around the neck and leg openings.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Measure your dog's back length from the base of the collar to the base of the tail, and their chest girth at the widest point. Use our size guide above to match the measurements. If your dog is between two sizes, always size up for comfort and ease of movement. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our team we're happy to help.

Can my dog wear this raincoat with a harness?

Yes the raincoat is designed to be compatible with most standard harnesses. You can attach the lead to the harness underneath or use a collar lead through the neck opening. We recommend pairing it with our no-pull harnesses for the best fit.

Is the raincoat suitable for dogs who dislike wearing clothes?

Many dogs who are initially reluctant to wear clothing adapt quickly to this raincoat thanks to its lightweight, non-restrictive design. We recommend introducing it gradually at home before heading out. The simple slip-on design minimises fuss and stress for both dog and owner.

How do I clean the raincoat after muddy walks?

For light mud, simply wipe down with a damp cloth. For heavier soiling, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a refund or exchange.
